Development Cooperation Landscape
A snapshot of country-level development cooperation outside of the U.S. Government (as reported to the International Aid Transparency Initiative)
About the Donor Dashboard
Along with over 1,000 other organizations, USAID and the U.S. Government publish data through the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) data standard. IATI data represent the most comprehensive dataset on development cooperation available; reporting organizations, representing a wide variety of stakeholders such as governments, multilateral organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), foundations, the private sector, and others, report information frequently (daily, monthly, or quarterly). Using these IATI data, USAID created this online tool to provide USAID staff a view of the development cooperation landscape in a country. The goal is to help staff better understand providers’ priorities, identify potential areas of alignment, reduce duplication of efforts in regions and/or sectors, and assist in the development of country strategies. USAID hopes this tool will strengthen and expand relationships with providers so that all can use resources more effectively and work together toward ending the need for foreign assistance.
