U.S. Annual Assistance Report (OECD/DAC)

Prepared Files

The files below are the expanded Creditor Reporting System (CRS++) U.S. submission, which is the core component of the U.S. Annual Assistance Report to the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development / Development Assistance Committee (OECD/DAC). The CRS++ file is produced each year for submission to the data.gov project as part of USAID's Open Government initiative. It also serves to respond to requests for the complete dataset from application developers and other advanced data users.

Please see the Methodology Summary and the Data Dictionary.

About

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), on behalf of the United States Government, prepares annually the official U.S. Government submission to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development's Development Co-operation Directorate (OECD/DAC) on Official Development Assistance (ODA), Other Official Flows (OOF), and Private Flows. Data solicitation for these reports are authorized and required under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and OMB Bulletin b12-01.

U.S. Annual Assistance Report (USAAR) follows the OECD/DAC expanded Creditor Reporting System (CRS++) format. Additional information on the OECD/DAC can be found at https://www.oecd.org/dac/. The CRS++ is the authoritative and comprehensive database that reports information on aid spending by all DAC donor countries and some non-DAC donor countries since its inception in 1973.
